As for the windfall tax on tobacco, that's just the start. Wait for the windfall tax on alcohol companies and companies that make sugary drinks etc. And coming back to Burham in particular, what about a tax on the amount of shelf space in aupermarkets allocated to breakfast cereals like sugar puffs? Would that suit him? Interesting that 16 year olds are considered to be adult enough to do numerous things, including to vote in the Scorttish referendum.
