So, for those who have insecure wireless connections, if an unknown person decides to connect and download copyright material, it will be the bill paying, honest and innocent householder that will have their internet connection taken away and will face a bill for thousands of pounds in "damages"<br /><br />It is like deciding to fine and take away the licenses of people who live on a street where other people have been caught speeding.
