As if by magic, I find myself in The Hague for the 2nd World TICAP Conference.There is a live video broadcast this year, but if you are too busy to view that I'll be live blogging it again, WiFi permitting.
If all goes well, coverage will begin on Monday morning from around 8am in English money.

Will the videos of all the speeches be posted on some blog?
Yes, Fausty, there were two Dutch guys directing the filming and I think they plan putting sections on YouTube as well as possibly producing a DVD.
