heh heh heh - I hear Harry nipped out of the back of the Church for a crafty fag too.

I also hear that the Queen's dad who was said to have died of smoking related, was more overcome by the terrible smog in London at that time which was so bad that one person reported collapsing after getting off a bus from work

Simon Fuller on American Idol broadcast from Hollywood one season must have slipped out back for a crafty fag too. He was acting all fidgety leading into the commercial break and nearly made it back in time to the panel when the show returned. Someone else on the panel made a sly reference to him going out back for a smoke. I read a rumor that some of the big networks in New York City have glass enclosed smoking rooms inside the skyscrapers as guest waiting rooms.
