I mostly follow them rather than post them, but I can't go a day without them. I even find myself following them in the morning soon after I get up.

I have recently received a flier from the Worcestershire DAAT (Drug and Alcohol Action Team) concerning massive lowering of daily alcohol units for those over 65?
