Witterings of a Tedious Lentil-Muncher

As if the lunatic idea of the NHS taking meat off the menu to reduce carbon wasn't bad enough, what dribbling fuckwittery is this from the Guardian's Robbie LeBlanc?

... raising animals for their flesh, eggs and milk is one of the world's leading causes of carbon dioxide emissions. Animal agriculture is also the leading source of methane and nitrous oxide emissions, which – combined with carbon dioxide – cause the vast majority of global warming.

It isn't hard to see that, if anything, the recent ruling hasn't gone far enough. We need to stop feeding meat not only to hospital patients but to schoolchildren as well. And we should eliminate dairy products and eggs too.

... whether those paying for the service through their taxes like it or not, I presume?

Makes you itch to pop over there and thrust a 24oz T-bone down his gibbering lefty gullet, does it not?

Why not just execute the kiddies to stop them farting ? That would surely save the planet.

Bit of a waste of a good T-bone, to be honest...

Very true Julia. Substitute that, instead, with a Great Dane sized can of Winalot ... unopened.
