Conservative MP Sarah Wollaston said Ms Dorries should resign, telling the BBC: "I was horrified, frankly. I think it just makes her look ridiculous and it brings politics into disrepute."Err, to bring something into disrepute, shouldn't some good repute actually exist in order for it to be dissed?

Campfire? What is this about sitting around a campfire? They're not actually forcing participants and staff on this show to sit around breathing smoke, are they? Maybe Ms. Dorries was simply doing this so she could expose this abuse to the public eye!

Is resigning the only way to prove you are sorry in the world of parliment? I appreciate that is it somewhat shaming at the time, but it's just throwing yourself on a metaphorical sword (a real one would show far more sincerity). They resign, they are eventually forgiven they come back to annoy us again.
Perhaps resignation should be coupled with having to give up your seat completely, and not being allowed to run for office again.I'll start a Facebook group for MP Sarah Wollaston and just call it Parliment in Disripute.

That was easy ... I wonder if I'll get in trouble.
