Off the topics, DP, but neither of the links you provided to the MHRA produce a web page.
I've been away for the weekend but others have said the same. The MHRA seem to be busily removing pages for some reason, perhaps they're ashamed of them.
I've altered the main one as it is reproduced elsewhere.
