Asked how he's going to celebrate after winning gold in the double trap, Britain's Peter Wilson responds: "I'm going to get very, very drunk and probably do something silly." Sweden's silver medallists Hakan Dahlby asks if it'll be a free bar at the pub where Wilson used to work at back in 2009 and the 25-year-old says he hopes so.He's only young, so I'm sure such refreshing honesty will be beaten out of him before Rio in 2016. He should, of course, be thinking of the children.
It's not been a very good couple of days for the righteous. Bradley Wiggins was 'at it' too just the day before.
That's the Olympic spirit, lads!

Any stories about Olympians betraying the ideals of sport by smoking yet?
Well, we know they have somewhere to smoke 'em. ;)

Yeah, cracking stuff all round. The double trap has been the only event I've seen so far and got to say I enjoyed it immensely. PW held his cool magnificently.
SO good to see. You know its quite satisfying on a number of levels.
First, highly fit, trained, committed athletes that even Arnott could not spin as anything else get royally pissed occasionally.
Second, they are young enough to have been subjected to the crap that you report all the time for most of their lives, and they clearly aren't withering under the massive landslide of drivel that these righteous lifestyle facists come up with.
Third, they demonstrate the point of view of the massive majority of our people - unlike those of us who obsess about it (yes Dick I am looking at you) - they don't really give a fuck for the lies and whining of these liars and charlatans. (Probably because they dont even register it).
Now if we could only get Sir Bradley and others to become aware of these righteous liars and their utterly dishonest attempts to control us all - funded by our own money - and tell them to fuck off - what a day that would be.
There was this, of course:

I hate being busy and missing things like that - duly tweeted, ta :)
Another one going off-message yesterday:
"I'll probably go to Nando's to celebrate. A few drinks? Why not?"

Tha's proscribed foodstuffs and alcohol, right there in one self-admission. Mind you, I wouldn't argue with her...
Great spot Elsie. Ta. :)
